TinniCare

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

In short: TinniCare does not collect, store on servers, or share any personal data. Everything happens on your device, there is no account, and the app works fully offline.

1. Who we are

This application (“TinniCare”, “the app”) is developed by Raúl Lara (“the developer”). For any privacy question you can contact us at: raul.lara.developer@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

The app does not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not ask you to register, and we do not have servers that receive your data.

3. Data stored on your device

4. Audio

All relief sounds and tones are generated on your device and saved temporarily to the app’s cache for playback. No audio is streamed from or uploaded to the internet. The app can keep playing in the background and in silent mode so you can use it to sleep or relax.

5. Internet, analytics and advertising

TinniCare makes no network requests to function and contains no analytics, tracking or advertising. If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms apply their own privacy policies to the download, independently of this app.

6. Permissions

The app does not request sensitive permissions (no microphone, camera, photos, location or contacts).

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights

Because we do not process personal data on any server, there is no personal information for us to access, rectify or erase. The data you create stays on your device and is entirely under your control.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.

10. Contact

For any question about this policy: raul.lara.developer@gmail.com.

Health disclaimer: TinniCare is a self-help tool for relief and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If your tinnitus is new, sudden, one-sided, or comes with hearing loss or dizziness, please consult a healthcare professional.
